Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your rug is not quite right for your space, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and returned in its original factory packaging.

Before returning your rug, please email us at customercare@coastalrugs.net to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the appropriate return shipping address.

All returned rugs must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be issued for the eligible returned merchandise.
